I don't know when people will understand the reality snd start making some real stuff.
Total film is all about vishnu unreality action.
And no one talking about movie. Producer made a huge mistake.

Gautam (Vishnu Manchu) is an NRI techie, his colleagues and boss seem impressed with in the one scene he gets to them. He visits India to cast his vote, harass, stalk and grope a stranger all while singing how he's '6 Feet Tall'. Said stranger Bhavana's (Surbhi) only fault and misfortune is that she happened to ask his help when the police cordon off a road to let a minister pass by. After a million no's from her side go unacknowledged; with Gautam is making it his full-time job to follow her everywhere, Bhavana asks him to make the local MLA (Posani Krishna Murli) fulfil his election promises if he wants to win her, just to get him off her back. And hence, Gautam sets on a journey to make the local MLA and politician Bhanu Shankar (Sampath) realize their place in the world.

Manchu Vishnu is good in his role. He plays his role with ease. He entertains with his carefree body language, comedy and performance skills. Surabhi looks glamorous and provides good eye candy for the audience. Her chemistry with Vishnu is also good. Sampath Raj is superb as the central minister. Posani is good in his small role. Rest of the cast performed accordingly.
The first credit in technical departments of the film goes to the excellent Cinematography work. The Screenplay of the film is not interesting. The story and climax of Voter goes on predictable terms. Production values are grand. The music by Thaman S is good. Background music is average. The editing is below par. Coming on the work of director Karthik, he narrates the film well till the half point. But he loses grip in the second half as everything looks forced.

Gautam(Vishnu), who works in the US, comes back to India to cast his vote. In this process, he falls in love with Surabhi and proposes to her. Surabhi lays a condition to Gautam that if he fulfills a particular task related to a dreaded central minister, she will okay his love. What is that task? How will Gautam fulfill it? and what obstacles did he face in this process? That forms the rest of the story.
The concept of re-call election has been executed well in the film. The questions raised on several politicians in the country look novel and have been nicely executed by director Karthik Reddy. Some political scenes in the first half, Posani's track and Vishnu speaking high about his country, all these episodes have been showcased well.
Vishnu is good in his role. His action sequence where he saves his sister has been done exceptionally well by the talented actor. Surabhi looks glamorous and provides good eye candy for the audience. Her chemistry with Vishnu was also good. Sampath Raj is superb as the central minister and does well in his role. Posani is very good in his small role and evokes decent comedy.

Gautam (Vishnu Manchu) is an NRI who returns to India to cast his vote. When challenged by the woman he loves, Bhavana (Surbhi), to make a politician fulfil his campaign promises if he wants to win her over, Gautam sets off on a path to change the system.
Voter is a film that aims to make the janata of India open their eyes to the power they hold in their hands. Be it the power to cast the right vote or to recall it when unsatisfied with their elected leader, the film aims to make it clear that it is with the inked finger that the power lies. Had the film released before elections, maybe it would've been more relevant. But with the concept of re-call, it holds true now too.
Plus points:
Vishnu manchu's Performance Story,Comedy and Songs
Minus points:
Screenplay Editing Narration
