After a crime at the hands of his own cousin takes the life of his loved one, Lucas is unwantingly pulled into the rough and crime-ridden world his father's side of the family inhabits. While Lucas's mother, a local sheriff's deputy, cautions him to let justice apprehend the perpetrators and hold them accountable, he finds himself struggling to be patient and watching the investigation continuously fail at every turn. Frustrated and desperate, Lucas enlists the help of his older brother to hunt their cousin down.
