Incoherent Plot: The narrative of "Amala" lacks direction and purpose, leading to a disjointed series of scenes that fail to engage the audience. The storyline leaves essential questions unanswered and fails to establish a meaningful connection, leaving viewers struggling to find a reason to invest in the film.

Underwhelming Performances: Despite having a potentially strong cast, the acting in "Amala" is disappointingly uninspired. The actors and actresses appear disengaged and fail to bring their characters to life with authenticity. This lack of genuine emotion and depth in their performances further exacerbates the movie's shortcomings.

How does this even qualify as a movie? There is no logical or sensible connection to the story. I don't even want to get into any detail. There is no brilliant police office, there is no intelligent psychopath, there is only some weak story and very predictable yet unwanted twists to generate interest which actually backfired big time. Just poor screen play with even poorer direction. I feel bad for the actors, no way the actors going to forgive the director.

I admire the whole teams audacity to announce the second part but please don't do it for heaven's sake.

Stay away guys, this is just horrible to say the least.

If the director or screenwriter was around while watching each scene, I hoped to give him a few slaps. How can viewers tolerate such bad acting? Basil's character has zero logic. No one should waste their time watching this again.

Worst crime thriller, plot copied from many such genre movies. Worst direction, dubbing, acting, casting, dialogues, screenplay, zero logic, i can go on and on. Please for god sake dont even think of part 2.

Director has spent time to find different ways and means of killing , hurting other person.

Horrible horrible horrible, casting few good actors for nothing. Cant even call this a movie. No script, no story, no sense. Even the scripwriter has no idea what to write or what is the actual story. I am wondering how come a brilliant actor like sreekanth agreed to do this piece of crap. It looks like the soul purpose of this whole garbage is to whitewash the black money.

Who is the hero? Where is the police officers brilliance? How do they connect the park murder to basil? Where did basil come from? Why such a brilliant psycopath leave a lot of trails?why does he murder someone who hired his cab in broqd daylight?

It's hard to describe how painful this watch was. Boring story of the birth of a psychopath who is obsessed with a girl, and any girl that reminds him of her (he accidentally kills the real one) is also getting killed by him. There is no suspense, there is no thrill, more of awkward startling moments here and there. And the killer seems Invincible. And to know that they are planning a part 2 is just painful. Will need a better script and direction and screenplay if attempting that. Acting was also average. It's really a waste of two hours of your life. Rajisha Vijayan is meant for the second part, so don't watch this movie expecting to see her.
