Goofs

Everything Everywhere All at Once

Edit

Continuity

The instructions Evelyn receive before she starts her multiverse journey have a misspelling in the last line: "PS: Don't forget to breath", which is visible in the rapid shots (including the first one) whilst the main in-focus shot when she's reading the instructions correctly spell "breathe".
When Joy is taped to a chair, her movement makes the transparent tape work its way up her body, almost completely freeing her, yet on a following shot, it is back the way it was at the beginning.
The planet where Evelyn and Joy are rocks is described as one where life never developed, but sea lily and grass are visible in some shots.
In the elevator, after Alpha-Waymond directs Evelyn to hold the umbrella to her left to obstruct the view of the security camera, in every successive shot, she is holding the umbrella far to her right or not at all.
(At around 1h 51 mins) While Evelyn is pinned to the ground on the stairs, Deirdre yanks off a paper guillotine to use as a weapon to attack Evelyn. When the guillotine is picked up, it looks like a shiny blade, but when Deirdre actually swings it, it has been replaced by a black metal pipe.

Factual errors

The riot shield Evelyn takes from the security guard in the office fight has no grip, strap, or handles on the inside. There is no way for the guard to have been holding onto it.
The court in which the dissolution of marriage (divorce) action is to be filed in the District County Court. In California that would be the "Superior Court." So this is either a factual error or the action takes place in another Universe, not the one in which the trial court in Los Angeles County is the Superior Court.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

The bulging muscle development of Evelyn's "kung fu pinkie" is not possible, because there are actually no muscles within the finger itself. The muscles that control fingers are located in the forearm and in the palm of the hand. However, this could be a universe that does have a "pinkie biceps" or, more likely, it's just a sight gag.
When they are both rocks, Joy says that people once thought our planet was the center of the universe, "until we discovered that the Earth is actually revolving around the Sun, which is just one sun out of trillions of suns." While "Sun" is the name of the star in our solar system, it's apparent that Jobu is using "sun" (lowercase) about any star, a usage included in most dictionaries.

Revealing mistakes

In one closeup shot, Evelyn's wedding ring moves from her left to right hand, indicating a probable image-flip in editing.

Miscellaneous

When Evelyn is looking at the divorce papers at the IRS the pages keep changing order.

Crew or equipment visible

At around 5:50 various items of equipment and crew including the boom mic operator can be seen in the reflections of the launderette dryer glass doors.

Plot holes

The universe where everyone has hotdogs for fingers still has objects designed for regular human hands.
In the IRS office, when "Big Nose" is battling Evelyn, she disconnects from her verse when she becomes concerned that her dog is in the refrigerator. But then she uses the dog to attack Evelyn again, but doesn't reconnect to the other universe to regain her martial art skills.

Character error

At the beginning when Evelyn is in the laundromat, she opens up a dryer and tosses a pair of shoes at the customer. However, she says, "No shoes in washer!", when it's obviously a dryer.
