Good

Yes this is a good film. If you tired of the over budget, lousy hollywood garbage that's been churnin up this one I reckon is pretty good. I never heard of any of these actors but the story of these two boys and then them stuck in the desert is pretty original. The music is soothing and comes across simple but kinda cool. Being from the South we did lose a lot of folks I went to school with lost there lives or limbs. I see what the story is that we have to question ourselves about sticking our nose into other countries business. Trump in office we would not have had these crazy wars so yeah nice film.

Fantastic Military film

A fantastic film, love the ending and the characters. The love triangle reminded me of film like twilight but it was more unique. I appreciate how it realistically shows members of the US military and I highly recommend it.

Great arthouse movie

The problem with a lot f movies these days is that there are lacking a good story. This film has a good story and a interesting story. It starts the cold war era where two teenagers are close friends. Then years later these two along with others are in a pow camp. This is is about love and friendship and self interest. Then a new girl arrives. They both fall on love with her. Give this movie a chance. It might not your run of the mill action frenzy but this movie takes a chance just pure story. We need to examine what happens to our soldiers during the period of war anyway try it hope you enjoy it.

Good fun

I thought the story on this film was great. As a younger man man in the 1980's I remember the Reagan era we were scared of world war 3 and scared of the Soviet Union and how we used the middle eastern people to fight them and then Saddam was the enemy once we used them. So some of that was used in the backdrop. I aways wondered what would soldiers do once they get desperate and there lves arein danger so this movie answers that is a realistic way. The idea not not knowing whats going n is a scary concept. Guys this movie is for our brave troops. One of those hidden gems which I stumbed upon and was worth it.
