Rumors that a second season of Moon Knight might be in development have been doing the rounds for quite a while now, but it doesn't sound like we will be getting more episodes of the Disney+ series. Of course, this doesn't mean we won't be seeing Marc Spector (and his various other personalties) in the MCU again.
Shortly after the first season aired back in 2022, star Oscar Isaac appeared alongside EP/director Mohammed Diab in a TikTok shared by the latter's niece, who asked if we're going to get a second season of Moon Knight. "Why else would we be in Cairo," Isaac replied.
Fans took this as confirmation that the show would return, but nothing ever came of it, and Marvel Television's Brad Winderbaum shared a disappointing update while speaking to Comicbook.com about Daredevil: Born Again.

Warning: This article contains Spoilers for Ghosts season 4, episode 6, “The Primary Source”
Although Ghosts season 4, episode 6, seemed destined to confuse the show’s premise with a new addition, the CBS sitcom successfully found a way to explain away this discrepancy. The ghosts of CBS’s Ghosts are constantly discovering new powers in the afterlife and, in the process, they are always learning more about how the show’s world works. In season 3, Sass discovered that he could appear in people’s dreams and Pete found out that he could leave the bounds of the Woodstone Mansion whenever he wanted. Since then, Patience's powers expanded the show’s existing repertoire of ghostly abilities.
Related Ghosts Season 4’s Break Means It’s Continuing A Frustrating Show Trend
The news that Ghosts season 4 will be off the air for a few weeks means the CBS sitcom will once again miss out on a longtime comedy show tradition.

Supernatural is known for sucker punches of emotion and twists that took viewers by surprise from the opener until Supernatural season 15. Running between 2005 and 2020, the dark fantasy TV show led Sam and Dean Winchester from the tragedy of losing their mother into a life of danger. When an intruder broke into John and Mary Winchester's home and creepily picked up Sam as a baby, the pilot episode of Supernatural proved that it was going to be a bumpy ride for the brothers. Many years later, the brothers' father disappeared as well, triggering season 1's often traumatic events.
Dean Winchester's Supernatural love interests saw as many tragedies and accidents as Sam's over the years, leaving many to speculate that the hunting lifestyle wasn't made for romance. With the series' many failed romances and doomed friendships creating some of its most traumatic moments, the brothers themselves had the relationship most often subject to trauma and woe.

There’s a thing in the world of superheroes: street-level fighting. You practice in your backyard before you go on to the big leagues. Well, not every superhero follows that, but many of them (like Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight) should.

Yes, we all know how Oscar Isaac swooped in and stole the spotlight (of the moon) by portraying the iconic role of Marc Spector aka Moon Knight in the show of the same now. However, what about a second season?

Warning! Contains Spoilers For Hellbound Season 2!Netflix's Hellbound season 1 ended on several unexpected twists, including baby Toughie surviving its decreed execution but how and why did this happen? The fact that the newborn baby Toughie received a decree in the first place is already a large blow to the proclaimed doctrines of The New Truth Society, who claim that only sinners get decrees, but also dont acknowledge the concept of original sin.
During the finale of Hellbound season 1, when Song So-hyun (Won Jin-ah) and Bae Young-jae (Park Jung-Min) sacrificed themselves and successfully absorbed the enactment of baby Toughies demonic death sentence, the newborn babys existence became an even bigger thorn in The New Truth Societys previously unshakable authority.

Heartstopper season 3 is the most difficult season to watch thus far because it focuses on Charlie’s eating disorder, amongst other things. The season begins on a high with Charlie and Nick finally being able to tell each other the big three words, “I Love You.” There’s a lot of progress for the other couples on the show, and more so for the singles too. The kids are also getting older, which means some tough decisions need to be made, and it can’t just all be fun and games, or, should I say, love and games. In season 3, we also get to dive into Charlie’s family a little bit more, specifically with his sister Tori taking center stage, which I absolutely love. Anyway, without further ado, let’s quickly go through everything that happened in Heartstopper season 3.

Exclusive: Following a breakout first season that included a sweep at the Emmys, the Netflix and A24 anthology series Beef is zeroing on some high-profile talent for its second season. Sources tell Deadline that Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan are in negotiations to star in Season 2.
Netflix had no comment on the Isaac and Mulligan talks.
Insiders say the second season is revolving around two feuding couples. Insiders add that no official Season 2 greenlight has been given.
The roles Isaac and Mulligan would be playing were rumored to be for Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway, but that ultimately did not come to fruition.
Isaac has had success as of late on the limited series front with his performance in HBO’s Scenes From a Marriage, which earned him an Emmy nomination. Since then he has finished production on Julian Schnabel’s Hand of Dante, starring opposite Jason Momoa. He is...

Young Sheldon boss Steve Holland would like to use this opportunity to address the fate of Paige Swanson (and debunk all of your tragic theories about her absence in The Big Bang Theory).
Mckenna Grace’s character, a fellow child prodigy, was introduced early in Season 2 of the prequel series and served as Sheldon’s chief rival at East Texas Tech. Aside from Tam, who crossed over to Big Bang, she was the closest thing that Sheldon had to a friend, and remained an acquaintance for many years, eventually befriending Sheldon’s twin sister Missy.

Paul Schrader may have found a trick for cheating death: Just make more movies. Amid some serious health struggles over the past few years, the 77-year-old auteur and screenwriting legend has entered one of his most prolific phases.
“Every time I’m getting ready to die, I have a new idea,” Schrader says. “Then I think, ‘Oh well, I guess I can’t die yet. I have to write this.’ ”
Over a recent five-year stretch, Schrader wrote and directed what he describes as an accidental trilogy — First Reformed (2017) with Ethan Hawke, The Card Counter (2021) with Oscar Isaac and Master Gardener (2022) with Joel Edgerton — with each film involving a fresh spin on the “man alone in a room” archetype he invented nearly 50 years ago with his script for Martin Scorsese’s Taxi Driver (1976). Schrader is now back again with a new feature, Oh, Canada, co-starring Richard Gere, Uma Thurman, Michael Imperioli,...

On-location filming in Los Angeles fell 41.4% year over year in the third quarter to a total of 5,311 shoot days as the Writers’ Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA strikes halted Hollywood productions, according to a new report by FilmLA.
The office noted that the labor disputes were not the sole reason for the decline, citing overall on-location filming in the region falling for seven consecutive quarters.
Unsurprisingly, the steepest losses came from the near complete shutdown of scripted television production in May, with television drama and comedy production falling 99% and 99.4% for the quarter, respectively. TV drama productions had a total of 12 shoot days, compared to 1,198 shoot days a year ago, while comedy productions had 2 shoot days, compared to 352 shoot days a year ago. With a rare Tuesday opening, “Sound of Freedom” (Angel Studios), a drama starring Jim Caviezel as a real-life rescuer of children from traffickers, grossed $11,563,200 — just under the day’s total for “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” (Disney), which played in almost 2,000 more theaters with just under $11.7 million.
Another difference: “Indiana Jones” often played on multiple screens. Based on theater spot-checks, “Freedom” played mostly single screens, often with smaller capacities, and saw sold-out shows. The result was a stark contrast in the films’ per-theater average: “Indiana” was about $2,543 in 4,600 theaters, while “Freedom” saw about $4,400 in 2,634 theaters.
Angel also reported that its “Pay It Forward” promotion grossed an additional $2,679,000 thanks to patrons buying gift tickets for others for future use. Under normal industry practice, that revenue should be counted as they are used. With that among added, the day’s take for the film exceeded $14.2 million, which would make it #1 for the day.

May thy knife chip and shatter. The sci-fi fantasy series known as Dune has long been a staple in sci-fi culture with many screen adaptations being made over the decades. But in 2021, Dennis Villeneuve set the bar sky-high for Dune: Part 2 with the first movie, which astounded audiences the world over. The sci-fi world taking place millennia into the future centers around the concept of a highly valuable drug/substance called Spice and the Atreides family that has been sent to oversee the planet that produces it. Paul was meant to be a girl and the messiah of his people, but his birth as a boy gave him and his family many enemies, thus sending the entire sci-fi universe into a spiral.

Paul Schrader has made a career out of bluntly speaking his mind and gleefully disregarding public opinion, so it’s not surprising that he doesn’t particularly care about the Oscars.
In a new conversation with Oscar Isaac published in Interview Magazine, the “Master Gardener” director explained that he advises his collaborators to avoid viewing award shows as a measure of success — even if he admits that it’s fun to win.
“It’s hard not to feel good when people say nice things, even when you think they’re wrong,” Schrader said. “On the other hand, I remember saying to Scorsese years ago—because Marty had a very strong desire to win an Oscar, and should have won an Oscar for some of his films, but didn’t, and he was chafing—so I said to him, ‘Marty, if your priority is to win an Oscar, you’re going...

Plot: The events leading up to, and including, the massacre of the adults of a small town in Nebraska by their children, after the adults’ irresponsibility ruins the crop and the children’s future.
Review: The Children of the Corn series has had a rough go of it over the last few years. Well, I guess you could say it’s pretty much been uneasy going its entire duration, but there’s always been that sliver of hope that something would come along that would finally put it in line with its contemporaries. And, dare I say, Kurt Wimmer has finally accomplished that with his 2023 remake. I know, I know, this sounds absolutely ludicrous after so many years of neglect but Wimmer seems to understand the one thing that’s vital to any reboot: respect.

Buenos Aires-based FilmSharks has picked up world sales rights to Ángeles Hernández’s supernatural horror film “El faro” (“The Lighthouse”), set up at Mr. Miyagi Films, co-producer of Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia’s multi-awarded Netflix smash hit “The Platform.”
“The Lighthouse” ended shooting in May; FilmSharks is showing first footage to buyers at Cannes.
Film toplines Spanish film and TV star Hugo Silva plus Irene Montalà (“Un asunto privado”), Zoe Arnao and Sergio Castellanos.
Produced by Hernández and David Matamoros at Barcelona-based Mr. Miyagi, “The Lighthouse” turns on Lidia and her father, Pablo, returning to the family lighthouse after her mother’s death.
Pablo, aware of Lidia’s fragile emotional balance, worries about a possible relapse after her suicide attempt. Lidia, annoyed by her father’s lack of trust, discovers that something’s not right at the lighthouse, and that dire danger awaits them if they do not find out the truth.

Cinema is a vehicle for investigating historical scars in “Isaac,” a starkly beautiful drama about a filmmaker who returns to his native Lithuania in 1964 to make a movie about a WWII slaughter, and becomes embroiled alongside his schoolmate in totalitarian trouble. Adapted from a short story by Antanas Skema, director Jurgis Matulevicius’ feature debut — Lithuania’s entry to the Oscar international feature race — is Its obliqueness may preclude it from attracting a wide domestic audience, but such haziness is part and parcel of a work about the lingering, lethal fog of war.
“Isaac” opens with the 1941 Lietukis garage massacre of 40 Lithuanian Jews at the hands of Nazis and their local mob-like collaborators. Shot in sumptuous black and white (as is two-thirds of the ensuing film), and with the sort of roving, wobbly, serpentine camerawork favored throughout by Matulevicius and talented cinematographer Narvydas Naujalis, this scene evokes the grimy brutality of “Son of Saul,...
