Australia’s Umbella Entertainment has announced the New Extremity Collection: Volume 1, a Blu-ray box set featuring four provocative French films: High Tension, Anatomy of Hell, Frontier(s), and Martyrs.

Haunt is a 2019 release that explores the darkest side of extreme haunted attractions here is the Haunt ending explained. The film follows a group of friends on Halloween night looking to attend something unique. They find a flier for an "extreme" haunted attraction and go together. Harper is going through relationship problems with an abusive boyfriend and has endured a traumatic past due to her parents' marital struggles, where abuse is also implied. She reluctantly attends, under pressure that this sort of event will take her mind away from the situation with her boyfriend.

In one of the best haunted attraction movies, they all are forced to sign a waiver. It is explicit in saying that they may undergo extreme situations and incur bodily harm. However, even though this is meant to be a red flag, the majority are skeptical of how dangerous this situation might be and decide it's part of the act.

Welcome Villain Films has teamed up with Xr content developer and publisher Top Right Corner to release a new VR survival horror game based on Malum, releasing in theaters this Friday, March 31.

The game, Flock of the Low God, is “a terrifying survival horror experience that immerses players into the thrilling world of Malum. Players will be challenged to survive their first shift at the Lanford Police Department by evading supernatural forces, unlocking new environments, scavenging weapons and tools, and defeating wave after wave of possessed cultists through intense close-quarters combat. The game will feature both single-player and multiplayer modes.”

This game was designed using sets and locations from the film, allowing players to follow in the footsteps of Officer Jessica Loren, played by Jessica Sula in Malum. Players will interact with various props, scenes, and locations recreated in screen-accurate virtual reality, including the main office, morgue, and shooting range.

The biggest new release for the week is Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, which brings various monsters from the long-running property to the big screen beginning on Thursday night, and it’s joined by several brand new horror movies in the coming days.

In the film, “When the vile James Brothers murder an innocent woman to take over her land, her dying breath places a curse on the family through a scarecrow. Years later, a descendent of the James family has taken his friends to the old cabin for the weekend. They soon find the curse and the scarecrow are still wanting blood.

Now that October is officially underway, that means we have a big week of Blu-ray and DVD releases to get excited for, and there are some great genre-related titles coming out on Tuesday. Universal Studios Home Entertainment is unleashing both Tales from the Hood 2 and The First Purge on multiple formats, and for fans of action cinema, Death Race: Beyond Anarchy races home this week, too. Kino Lorber is giving both The Night Stalker and The Night Strangler the limited edition treatment, and for those who enjoy indie horror, Feral, Housewife,and Blood Fest are certainly all worth your time.

Other notable releases for October 2nd include Extremity, Molly, The Legend of Halloween Jack, The Evil Dead in 4K, Sleep No More, and West of Hell, with Rob Zombie’s Halloween getting a Steelbook release as well.

Extremity is an upcoming horror film. From the disturbed minds of writers David Bond (Boogeyman: Reincarnation) and Scott Swan, the film was directed by Anthony Diblasi. In the film, a young woman goes on a psychological journey, in order to relieve herself of an earlier drama. Extremity will be released by Dread Central Presents, in early October. A trailer for Extremity was released this past month (found below). Now, the film's special features and other release details are available. Extremity features a well renowned cast. Sports Illustrated model Ashley Smith stars as Nell, one of the many masked villains. Long-time horror veteran J. Larose (Insidious) also stars, along with Ami Tomite (Meatball Machine) and Yoshihiro Nishimura (Tokyo Gore Police). This cast bring great performances to an uber-violent feature as seen in the film's official trailer. The release date for Extremity is scheduled for October 2nd.
