Although I understand that this is a 'version' of the original series, but it's poorly rushed off. It contains almost identical plot overall, but felt like they cramped storylines of several seasons of the original into this 20 episodes. The impact is directly on the character development. While in the original we came to see each characters' personality smoothly within each episodes, this version didn't show enough of them for us to understand why they act that way and it makes them somewhat annoying for people who didn't watch the original series.
Not only the storrylines are cramped, the characters are also cramped. They tried to make Kihyung to be Gideon and Hotch at the same time. Sunwoo is supposed to be like Prentiss but she's lacking a strong impression that Prentiss had. Nana is supposed to be the equivalent of Penelope, but like I said before because the storyline is rushed off, I didn't come to love her character as I love Penelope's. While Hyunjoon's character brought a fresh air because they didn't copy paste Derek Morgan ibto him, but they made him literally stole the magic charm on that train episode which supposed to be Lee's time to shine (He's supposed to be the Spencer Reid) because it was one of the best moments of Spencer in the original series. The rest of the cast just feels like a background to me.
To sum it up, it's the equivalent of making Avatar's whole book of water into The Last Airbender.

Watch this because of this show falls into my fav genre, also, because of Lee Joon-Gi stars in it. This show is not too bad actually but tend to get boring. I find myself losing interest and dragging myself starting from episode 7. This show is lacking of catcy storylines for new cases and lack of dramatic effects.
As they already said that this is the Korean version of American famous TV shows, Criminal Minds, so, the plot and the contents will be the same. The only fact I don't like is that they skipped the cases I like and changed a bit. Casting is good except for the team leader. I feel that he is not the right one. The rest are fine. I like they chose her to play in tech analyst role. She's perfect. Too bad the knief is censored. I wonder why. All in all, for entertainment, it's quite good. It's watchable.
Stupidity is all over the place. How the hell the reaper can roam around the places without people noticing. He's a murderer and his face must've been on the news, paper and flyers. But no one notices him??! Complete Absurd!!
The first case which kick-started everything was good with enough intrigue and stakes to make it worthwhile, however, the subsequent cases were unbelievably bland and generic in comparison. I'm not sure why they went for this route, they usually preserve the big case until the end but here they showed most what there's to it at the very beginning. There was a small follow up to it at the end but not much to consider. The cast members were fine but the drama didn't do a good job building the team dynamic and relationships which added another layer of disconnect with the stories and cases. There's no point in comparing the drama to the source material because it's a loose adaptation.
