A lot of hilarious scenes wrapped in a well-build story on the meaning of parental love
'' Momo '' is a French Dramedy that revolves around a couple who discover a strange man in their house who claims that he's their son, even though the couple never had children.
The idea of the movie is good, and there were some funny and heartwarming moments. There were many opportunities to talk about people with disabilities and the way their families view them, child abuse, and adult relationships, however, nothing was explored further than the surface. Also, everything happened too fast, and it wasn't believable that the family dynamics and bonds were created with just a few hours' encounter. In addition, the story felt partial and was oddly transforming from drama to comedy. To top it all, the ending was awkward and unsatisfying.
Finally, the performances were all great.
So, overall, four out of ten.

Such a meaningful movie. Clavier brought endless laughs to our faces as always. The topic of this movie though is utterly strong. It brings many thoughts, emotions and tears. It's an amazing movie with amazing actors and I believe anyone with great heart should definitely watch it.
The story is surprising and should have a better score. It enlightens the difficulties of deaf persons, a subject not often seen in movies. Also the reactions of "good" people in contact with something that is not in their lirtle world...is rather instructing.
The writer and the director never made up their mindSnon what they wanted to do!
A complete waste of time.
Feel sorry for the actors.
