Ellen Pompeo is looking back on when she got “cool points” with her kids by starring in a Taylor Swift music video and the generous gift the singer gave.

While appearing on The Jennifer Hudson Show on Wednesday, the Good American Family star quipped that she got “so much mileage” with both of her kids when she joined the star-studded cast of Swift’s music video for her song “Bad Blood.”

“Taylor is such a good girl. I didn’t know her and she invited me to be in the video and I thought, ‘Oh, that will be fun.’ And I went and did the video. Honestly, it was the easiest thing. It was like an hour or two,” she told Hudson.
