During an interview about the making of this movie, Jeff Leroy was asked which elements he feels he needs to make a successful "Jeff Leroy film." He said, "I like a lot of naked girls and gore. Not realistic torture, but over the top nonsense." He said during auditions, the first thing he asks actresses is are they willing to take their clothes off. It's also why he uses a lot of the same actresses, because he knows they're willing to do it.
Another actress was originally going to play Victoria De Mare's sister, but the actress quit the day before filming began. Out of desperation, Jeff Leroy pitched the idea of playing twins to De Mare and she agreed.
Sequel to Werewolf in a Women's Prison. Both were released in 2017, but Dracula takes place ten years later.
