The last installment in the "Chronicle of Char and Sayla" arc. Was to be the last installment of the entire OVA until the decision came to greenlight the two part episodes titled "Chronicle of the Loum Battlefield".

Goofs
Following the collision between the car containing the Mayor of Granada and truck, the local new reports that "there were no skid marks on the nearby road surface". However the car was shown skidding into the truck.
