KAVALAI VENDAM is one of the Tamil movie by DEEKAY..After two years of his first hit Tamil movie yaamirukka bayamey he comes up with a comedy(typically adult) cum emotional film.It has to be certified with (u/a) certificate.But Deekay changed it into sentimental scenes and managed to get an u certificate. Jeeva's entry was extremely out of level,all will really enjoy that scene and i would predict that the major scene for jeeva is that when he goes to kajal's house asking for marriage.Major entertaining part of the movie comes with RJ balaji in full flow with his one liners.Bobby simha comes as fiancée for kajal .but the main part is that kajal is already married to jeeva .But they didn't live together as a husband and wife.The movie goes on explaining what happened between jeeva and kajal and it shows how they came up together.WE CAN JUST AFFORD TIME TO RELAX OUR MIND WITH THIS MOVIE..

A really light hearted romedy (romantic comedy) with Kajal and Jeeva in the lead roles, supported by a huge sub cast. Film has really light moments where you can laugh aloud and enjoy. Film is completely shot in hilly regions and the cinematographer has used it to the film's advantage. Music is above average with a couple of good numbers. It seems like that the censor has muted quite a bit of dialogue - still, the movie has its own 'double meaning' dialogues quite often. Surprisingly, they are not very awkward and jell well with the movie flow and makes you laugh.

In summary, a good romedy entertainer.

I still do not understand why this movie was rated very low. This is one of THE BEST comedy movie ever made in Kollywood, Hands down !!.

Only drawback is climax, which didnt finish well. There are too many double meaning comedies, but still certainly added lot of value addition to the movie. Simply the best stress buster movie. Loved each and every scenes, wish the Director could make more movies like this in the future.

Movie was absolutely brilliant..nice team work....songs and camera work stand out..itza good comeback from jiiva..not even for a second the movie bored.r j balaji is turning out to be next big comedian.kajal and sunaina r OK .mayilsami conversation with jiiva is lightening..life is not to live but to celebrate:)

Before going to watch this movie, I thought I was just another comedy movie with 18+ jokes. But it totally proved me wrong. This movie has various things, that when we blend with our life, we can live happily, even after so much sorrows. I recommend everyone to watch this movie, particularly when you are feeling down.

Jeeva always delivers top notch performance. Mayilsamay done well. Boby simma and Sunaina's characters should be done a bit more, but it is ok.

Expected to see more on the Childhood scenes, that is the only area I felt missing.
