Quite good
An enjoyable and in my opinion realistic experience many gay men have. There are some scenes where the dialogue is clunky, it makes the film more believable, life isn't scripted. The scene where the two men really connect, the eye contact, that was brilliant. You can sense how torn the main character is between leaving his father to follow the man he has met and staying. Some hot and cold moments that do seem a bit jarring, especially after such intense passion between the two men. Again, perhaps a reflection of reality. All round, a great film and a pleasant surprise. Could definitely be followed up with a second part.
