The disco group Village People, performers of Donald Trump’s self-designated anthem “Y.M.C.A.,” have announced that they will be performing at Trump’s impending inauguration on January 20.

“Y.M.C.A.” has been used at Maga rallies for years, with one clip of Trump dancing to the song going viral in 2020.

Village People announced via Facebook on Monday, and acknowledged, “We know this won’t make some of you happy to hear but we believe that music is to be performed without regard to politics.”

They continued, “Our song Y.M.C.A. is a global anthem that hopefully helps bring the country together after a tumultuous and divided campaign where our preferred candidate lost.”

“Therefore, we believe it’s time to bring the country together with music which is why Village People will be performing at various events as part of the 2025 inauguration of Donald J. Trump,” the announcement declared.

Clint Eastwood stepped in to direct a legal thriller with Nicholas Hoult last year and he is bringing Juror No. 2 to the screen soon. The film, written by Jonathan Abrams, will also star J.K. Dave Bautista might be retired from professional wrestling, but he hasn't given up doling out Batista Bombs. The actor, who rose to fame under the ring name "Batista" in WWE, has revealed how he's trying to secretly work a Batista Bomb into every movie he works on.

Bautista made the comments during a ComicBook.com interview to promote his new movie, My Spy: The Eternal City. In the film Bautista was able to pull off a Batista Bomb during a fight scene involving his character. The actor confirmed that he wanted to put the familiar maneuver into the movie as a nod to the world of professional wrestling and its fans who still support him. After getting away with pulling off the Batista Bomb in one film, Bautista says he's now obsessed with trying to get one into every movie he makes from now on.

When you think of the most popular faces in movies over the last 70 years or so, it probably won't take your brain long to drum up images of Clint Eastwood. Whether we're talking about Westerns, thrillers, or, more recently, biopics, Eastwood can do it all. After a six-month search that featured thousands of candidates, the new voice actors for the Adult Swim series Ian Cardoni and Harry Belden have been revealed. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Rick and Morty co-creator Dan Harmon and showrunner Scott Marder opened up about the audition process to find the new voices behind Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith. Marder revealed that the casting team considered a global hotline in their wide search to replace Roiland before revealing that finding a Rick was the most difficult challenge.

Auraeus was a name I created from my full Christian name which is Arturo Aristotle Jr. Auraeus is an old word for Aura Solito is my actual surname. At the peak of my creativity, I can only see colours around people, not seeing them as is, but as essences of pure color.
