The production house has already revealed that Production Number 7 is an action-packed revenge drama with music by Sam C. S1

The latest announcement from Weekend Blockbusters is Production Number 8, which will be helmed by the brilliant director Chidambaram, who made his debut with the comedy drama Jan.E.Man in 2021. The film was a surprise hit and received critical acclaim for its performances, humour, emotional depth, story and direction. Chidambaram is also currently working on his second film Manjummel Boys, which stars Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese and Ganapathi in important roles.

The film will star Antony Varghese, who played one of the leads in Rdx, and will be directed by debutant Ajith Mampally. The music will be composed by Sam C. S., who also scored Rdx and other popular films like Vikram Vedha and Kaithi. The film is tentatively titled Production No 7 and is said to be an action-packed revenge drama12

Antony Varghese, also known by his screen name Pepe, is one of the rising stars of Malayalam cinema. He made his debut in 2017 with the blockbuster Angamaly Diaries, directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery. He has since acted in films like Swathandriam Ardharathriyil, Jallikattu, Ajagajantharam and Rdx. He is also awaiting the release of Chaaver, directed by Tinu Pappachan, and Aaravam, directed by Nahas Hidayath34
