On Aug. 24, 2016, it was reported that Colin Ford (Supernatural), Ellie Bamber (Nocturnal Animals), and Timothy Simons (Veep) have joined the cast of director Jay Lowi's Extracurricular Activities, a dark comedy/thriller being produced under Lowi and David Wilson's Free Chicken Films shingle. The trio of actors join an ensemble cast in the film that also features Angela Kinsey (The Office), Steve Hytner (Seinfeld), Mad TV's Bobby Lee and Arden Myrin, Sarah Hay (Flesh and Bone), and Patrick Fabian (Better Call Saul), Christine Ko (The Great Indoors) and Dileep Rao (Inception, Avatar).
Aug. 24, 2016-The film is currently shooting in Los Angeles with the benefit of a CA tax credit. UTA will rep the project for worldwide sales.
