Naik family consists of Anna his wife 3 sons and a widowed daughter his sons Dattaram,Abhiram and daughter Chhaya stay with him in the village his elder son Mahadav his settled with his family in Mumbai,Naik family gathers to celebrate the engagement of Abhiram but on the same day Anna passes due to heart attack,after his death his lawyer Nene comes with his will telling how Anna has divided the property but it shocks everyone when they find out that Sushma has also been given a share in the property and from now onward she should stay in his house she is the daughter of Shevanta who committed suicide by hanging herself on ha tree outside Naik's house she and Anna had a extra marital affair,strange things keep on happening in Naik's house and everyone one believes that Shevanta's spirit is doing all this but Madhav's wife Neelima whose is a scientist doesn't believe in the things happening around which irks everyone in the family while Neelima tries to solve the matter in her modern way and Naik family takes the help of a spiritual Guru Gurav,Ranjit Vishwasrao who comes to attend wedding of his friend Abhiram and interferes in family matters which does not go well with them until he revels his true identity of being a cop and is come to investigate whose behind the events occurring in Naik's house is it a family member or an evil force.

good marathi serial

I like this serial bcoz this serial is different from the other serials and i love the shooting spot ofthe serial which is situated in konkan and i wish to go to that spot after seeing this serial

This show has the combination of everything. Horror, suspense, good values. Show always tell that everything is myth. We should believe what we see. Believe in facts.

This is for "Anna Naik"

While Season 1 was above avg in parts and based on Superstitions and Dogmas of Rural Konkan area.. Season 2 is based on much more gore and black magic, but Anna Naik played by Madhav Abhyankar is the highlight of the show.... his actions like that of any big landlord of the day and its Consequences is what this show is based on... do watch if you are thrilled by rustic rituals and ghost stories.
