I wanted to love this movie so much but the last 30 minutes totally ruined it for me. WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE SO UNREAL IN THE END.

If this movie were produced by YouTubers or high school students (with a gross misunderstanding of Canadian legal system) it might be impressive that they managed to create a full-length feature film, but as a professional production it's so low budget and pieced together and frequently nonsensical that it's hard to watch despite an otherwise interesting premise and decent acting by the primaries (not so much when it comes to the supporting cast). It took me several sittings to make it all the way through to the end as there is only so much dumbness one can take in one sitting.

The movies like this are relatable. And it does makes you feel good to know lifestyle like this

This movie is carried almost entirely by its cast. Each actor, including the ensemble cast, plays its part to perfection. The lead actors are brilliant in their work, and the father of Saggi deserves a special mention, as does the guest appearance lawyer.

Jimmy Shergill proves yet again why he is the Lord and Master of all he surveys. To play a soft-hearted, simple village person so effortlessly is way tougher than it sounds. One of those movies that you start watching with the mobile in hand and put the mobile away to focus on the screen. Well done, all 3!

One of the very few Punjabi movies I have watched and I must say - even though Punjabi is not my language - I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Very realistic plot and excellent acting from everyone.

Very honest and sincere story - attempting to entertain and convey a clear message to prospective migrants. 10 out 10 for such wonderful movie which is way better than so many rubbish movies Bollywood churn out every month. However - the most adorable character was the wonderful dog!!

I'm not Punjabi, and just randomly happened to come across this film on Netflix.

Loved it a lot. Great acting by everyone, and liked the story.
