An empty city . A teen girl. A young boy . Their cruel games . The temptation to define their relation ( presumed sister - brother ) . A car in fire and few enraged dogs as main danger ( dramatic escape of boy ). And a sort of ornedet wall.
Trash, gray tones, bitterness, cruelty . And fair dose of realism. After its end, the main part remaining in memory is the music . In essence, it works as a kind of artist, giving to viewer the dark scenes , the warning not just original but so often ignored , reminding a Lord of flies by William Golding, puting few fists of questions, from the eye of boy to the nature of tough fights and driver of car in flames.
More than post apocalyptic short film, a well crafted, lucid, realistic warning.
