I liked the concept of the movie, but the execution of the events wasn't that great. It could have been better if they made it more poetic and emotional. I feel like the movie lacks depth in feelings and emotions.

Overall, I really like Japanese film cinematography; it always appeals to me. The dialogues felt quite average-I wouldn't say they were very deep. However, I absolutely loved the music; it was amazing.

The acting could have been improved a bit as well. However, overall, the movie is decent and worth watching, but it's not something you would want to rewatch.

It's an incredible movie, you can cry like you've never done it and I swear that even the mucus is going to slip away, it's really amazing the movie. I leave impressed without any bad criticism.

I was given this title as a good movie to watch by a good friend of mine back in Japan. She never gave me a disclaimer for anything, so i watched it with a reckless abandon. i have never watched a movie that made me cry so hard in my life. such a good movie. 100/10... will definitely watch again, and again, and again. Miwa is perfect for the Role of Aoi.

The basic idea is interesting and it could have been intriguing, but the execution is kind of meh. I felt like it lacked suspense and passion and for the most part the story just dragged on without much development. The chemistry between the lead characters was okay but I didn't feel the spark between them at all. The side characters' stories weren't really explored either. A lot of wasted potential.

This was such a beautiful movie! Romantic and philosophical.

Beautifully written story. Well paced, and amazing character development through out the story. I could watch this film over and over and thank the writers for making such a beautiful film. Definitely recommend watching it. From beginning to end the audience is introduced to the characters and why Aoi is such a creative and outgoing young girl, and we meet all her friends and see what it is that makes her so special and why her "life" is so such!

Riku does all he can to protect the girl that he loves, with a plot twist of the audience finally knowing why. Again, this is a very beautiful story, and it's well written. Loved it!

I watch it to see movie with Miwa and i didint expect to be moved by it so much, many tears and yet don't leave you depressed. Highly recommend to watch.
