It’s getting increasingly difficult for Republicans and even the Maga faithful to defend Donald Trump’s unconstitutional or otherwise misguided actions as president. In the case of Trump accepting a $400 million luxury jet from Qatar, they aren’t even trying — and some of them, including some of the president’s most loyal defenders, are going out of their way to bash the brazenly corrupt act.

There’s not a lot that shocks Jon Stewart, but Donald Trump’s musings about potentially serving a third term as president have made the cut. After repeatedly floating the idea, Trump clarified on Sunday that he’s “not joking.”
“I’m sorry — considering the options? Are you trying to order off menu from the Constitution?” Stewart asked Monday night on “The Daily Show.”
During an interview with NBC News, the sitting president said, “There are methods which you could do it.” One of those, which has been floated, would be to urge his Vice President, Jd Vance, to run for president and then cede his power back to Trump. He further stated there were additional methods, but did not elaborate.
“Yes, there are other methods. I think you tried one a few years ago,” Stewart said, alluding to the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. “There are other...

The Big Bang Theory consistently celebrated Halloween because it allowed the cast to go all out with their costumes, which often became central to the narrative. Leonard's Inspector Gadget costume stood out with a massive propeller attached to his hat, even though it wasn't as elaborate as his friends' costumes. The Pasadena gang had memorable group costumes, such as Raggedy Ann and Raggedy C-3Po and the Justice League, showcasing their creativity and love for pop culture.
The Big Bang Theory made a big deal out of Halloween, with the Pasadena gang taking time and effort to come up with their costumes. Because of its penchant for pop culture and science, Sheldon and his friends were very creative with their annual cosplay inspirations. While the boys always had a penchant for dressing up as their favorite non-fictional and fictional characters, Halloween was the only time that even the girls actively participated in it.

New Delhi, June 7 (Ians) The Delhi High Court has quashed the appointment of Dr Navneet Goel as the Medical Director of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital in the capital, holding that the Delhi government’s Health Department had created the position without following the proper procedures.
It emphasised that the power of the state as an employer cannot be exercised arbitrarily and must comply with constitutional and legal requirements, adding that public employment in a democratic republic should adhere to the Constitution and established procedures.
The court further noted that the state’s power as an employer is more restricted compared to that of a private employer due to constitutional limitations.
“Public employment in a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic, has to be as set down by the Constitution and the laws made thereunder. Our Constitutional scheme envisages employment by the government and its instrumentalities on the basis of procedure established,...

Exclusive: Synergetic has Us rights for the Croatian drama.
Synergetic has acquired all Us rights to Rajko Grlic’s The Constitution (Ustav Republike Hrvatske).
The distributor plans a theatrical release later in 2017. The deal was closed by Latido Films at Berlin’s European Film Market.
Written by Grlic and Ante Tomic, The Constitution tells the story of four very different people who live in the same building – pushed together by misfortune and finally opening up to each other.
”The Constitution is one of those films that touches you in a wide range of different ways,” said Latido head Antonio Saura. “It is really entertaining, but at the same time it addresses issues of great importance that, unfortunately, are becoming more relevant as time passes. Some say that movies should not have a message, I differ, great movies always have a message. And The Constitution is one of them.”
