During the filming of a fight sequence in the tomb actor Kyle T. Schmidt was punched in the nose and it shifted out of place. He was sent to the emergency room thinking it was broken and when he arrived the wait to get checked out was over an hour. He snuck into the back and found a nurse who diagnosed him on the spot saying it would be bleeding if it were broken. He went back to set and finished filming for the day. His nose slowly shifted back into place as the day went on.
