A 55-year-old man identified as Amaranatham of Attapur had a heart attack and died during a screening of this film in Hyderabad. He had a history of heart problems, and despite nearly leaving the film twice, opted not to. Employees found him dead in his seat as they were clearing out the theater after the showing.
