Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Potomac will premiere on October 5, 2025, at 8 p.m. Et on Bravo. Each new episode will stream on Peacock the next day, and all previous seasons are available on the platform for fans to stream, binge watch, and enjoy. Read on for all the storylines.

The countdown to the return of The Real Housewives of Potomac is on!

On Thursday (August 28), Bravo debuted the season 10 trailer for the hit reality show with returning stars Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Wendy Osefo, Stacey Rusch, and Keiarna Stewart along with newcomers Angel Massie and Tia Glover.

Monique Samuels is also back for more drama after last appearing on the show in 2020 for season 5.

Bravo has released the trailer for The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10, which premieres on Sunday, October 5 at 8 p.m. Et.

Returning housewives for Season 10 are Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby, the two last remaining Og cast members. Joining them are Wendy Osefo, Stacey Rusch, and Keiarna Stewart.

Rhop saw two exits between seasons, including Mia Thornton and the Grand Dame, Karen Huger, who is currently serving time in prison following her DUI conviction and is expected to be released on September 2.

Joining the cast for Season 10 are Tia Glover, a British-Nigerian luxury real estate advisor, and Angel Massie, an outdoor experiential curator who is married to former NFL star Bobby Massie.

Former Rhop star Monique Samuels returns as a “friend of” the show, along with the friendly face of Jassi Rideaux.

From quoting Maya Angelou at the Season 9 reunion to cheering like a schoolgirl at the idea of sharing a bunk bed with a costar, Stacey Rusch left a lasting impression during her inaugural season on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Potomac.

Much of her freshman run was colored by accusations that she paid her eccentric, on-screen boyfriend Tj to boost her storyline. And guess what? We don’t even care if she did! The Housewives are too often plagued by fraud scandals, prison sentences and cancer hoaxes, so it’s refreshing to gossip about something as mundane as a weird boyfriend.

A new “hot male” is coming to “Beyond the Gates” this fall and fans of daytime soaps “all know and love him,” executive producers Michele Val Jean and Sheila Ducksworth recently revealed during an interview conducted in celebration of the show’s 100th episode, which aired Tuesday, July 29.

“I think the soap opera world will be very, very happy about [the casting]. And it’s a male,” said Val Jean, who also serves as creator, showrunner and head writer, on the casting while speaking with Deadline.

Ducksworth echoed Val Jean’s comments, noting, “I can’t say who just yet, but I will say longtime soap fans all know and love him!”

While details on the mystery man remain under wraps, it was previously announced that Gizelle Bryant and Dr. Wendy Osefo from “The Real Housewives of Potomac” will visit Fairmont Crest in the fall.

With the show’s debut episode featuring a cameo appearance by “The Real Housewives of Potomac” star Karen Huger, “Beyond the Gates” will see other stars from the hit Bravo reality series following in her footsteps, at least from an acting perspective.

During an appearance on the Friday, July 25 broadcast of Wkrc Local 12 News, Daphnée Duplaix, who portrays Dr. Nicole Dupree Richardson, announced Wendy Osefo and Gizelle Bryant are set to appear later this fall on the CBS daytime drama series.

“It’s going to be great because it brings authenticity to the setting of Fairmont Crest, and so I think it’s going to be fun for the fans. And that’s going to be in the fall, so it’s not too far away,” said Duplaix to news anchor Aleah Hordges, who is the real-life sister of actor Jibre Hordges, who plays Jacob Hawthorne on the soap opera.

Monique Samuels is returning to The Real Housewives of Potomac for Season 10 after she left the reality TV show in 2020. She will be joining in a supporting role. A lot has changed in Monique's life in the last five years, and her inclusion on the show will give fans a glimpse into what she has been up to, including how she has healed from her 2023 divorce from her husband Chris Samuels, whom she was married to for 11 years.

The Real Housewives of Potomac star confirmed late on April 21 that she’s leaving the Bravo franchise ahead of season 10.

“With every new season comes a new beginning and I have some news to share,” Thornton shared with fans in an April 21 Instagram post, adding:

“My family and I have made the decision to relocate to Atlanta, and with that, I will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Potomac next season.

Mia has been teasing big news for the past few days, and on April 21, she finally spilled the tea.

She also gave a reason for leaving the show, revealing that she had relocated from Potomac.

That wasn’t surprising to Rhop viewers who tuned in for the Season 9 reunion.

During the event, Gizelle spilled the tea about Mia’s life, telling their costars and host Andy Cohen that the mom of three did not live in Potomac and only flew in to film scenes for the show.

On Monday (April 21), 40-year-old reality star announced that she’s exiting The Real Housewives of Potomac ahead of season 10.

The announcement comes after Mia revealed that she and her family recently moved out of the Potomac-area and to Atlanta.

It’s the series premiere, which will run on an ongoing basis. The network hopes to strike gold with this new dating show. The producer and actress spent five seasons on Bravo’s reality series and announced her exit in a social media post ahead of the Season 14 finale.

Beauvais’ Instagram post received an outpouring of messages from her Rhobh co-stars and the Bravo world at large.

Sutton Stracke, Beauvais’ closest friend on the show said, “Congratulations to your next chapter. Can’t wait to see what’s up your sleeve. Nothing but greatness. This I know.”

Bravo has a new reality dating series hitting the network next month with some familiar faces attached including Real Housewives stars Shannon Storms Beador (The Real Housewives of Orange County), Gizelle Bryant (The Real Housewives of Potomac), Ashley Darby (The Real Housewives of Potomac) and Luann de Lesseps (The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Rhony Legacy).

The eight episode series will see the women in Los Cabos, Mexico, “come together for the ultimate lavish getaway in the hopes of finding true love.”

“The women will decide who will check in and who will check out, and that is done with the coveted key to the Love Hotel,” reads the logline. “At the end of their time in paradise, the women must decide if they want to check out of the Love Hotel coupled up or check out solo, the way they arrived.”
