During filming, Charles E. Timbers Jr. accidentally hit Zaberi Husain on the ridge of the nose during a run-through of a punching scene. Husain later returned the favor on accident, and Timbers joked that the two were even now.
The interrogation room was hand-built in the basement of an old bank by the producer's father and several crew members.
The surveillance camera seen in the interrogation room was only a dummy, meaning it did not record any visuals. The interrogation room footage was from the same camera used throughout filming.
The scene where Peter (Zaberi Husain) picks the nail up with his teeth and drops it into his hands that are handcuffed behind the chair was accomplished in the first run-through.
The interrogation room and control room scenes were filmed at different locations. When Peter (Zaberi Husain) exits the interrogation room with his hands up, he is actually exiting the storage room of a suburban home's basement and not the interrogation room from the previous scene.
