Why can't more Indy comedies be like this ?

There's hundreds of Indy comedies on amazon prime yet so few are funny or entertaining. This film was both of those things. It's so rare that an Indy comedy is actually funny. So I recommend this film.

zoroes vs.weirdoes vs.idiots

Well its the homemade, and with a little bit of proffesionality take on the comedygenre. its llike dumb & dumber wwith a stupid sign patched on their backs when they doing the city of philadelphia on a heroic hunt in the most medullaistic oblongatish way, trying to take down a serial killer that scares the people away from the streets.

its a small cast comedy with some nice try, and also some generic misses, and i did not like all the caracters, but the mains does the job, and the female part has a machine gun in her chest, off vocal pepperspraying. so it has witt and it has the pranks but it misses the good points through too much talk, and lack of slapstick. imagine what hi speeding the acts of crazyness would have done. in norway we had a comedy trio called KLM, that did most of their pranks at hi speed filming( which is a forgotten genre) and i guess many a life was lost due to hypoxia from laughing out loud. but when they made films and skits at normal speed they really became mediocre and dull.

so i dare say mr director of this film, that if you do it my way the duo casted here will do the golden gate homping cheesecake filling up the cinema theaters again.so its a 5 for now from the grumpy old man

Zeroes to Heroes?

Seen at Midwest Weirdfest, March 8, 2019.

For the low budget I expected, this was a lot of fun. I laughed much more than I usually do at Hollywood comedies. Mostly went because Katrina Law was in it & she had a fairly large part. The male leads all look familiar to me but I can't tell you why, but they all have a fair number of film credits.

Lots of Philadelphia locations & local stories fill in the background & a story that made sense. Look for it.

Edgy and hilarious

Rented on Amazon Prime and it didn't disappoint. Katrina Law and Matt Servitto were great. Funny to see politician Raj Mukherji on-air in a movie like this.

Perfect Movie For Day Drinking

I was looking for something different to half watch half ignore while I folded my laundry, did some chores, day drank, and texted my ex. This looked fun enough. I can say I was honestly surprised with how much I enjoyed it. It was so good that I actually paid attention to it! Stupid movie made me laugh so hard I spilled my drink on my clean laundry!! (I'm giving it an extra star for that lol) Looks of laughs, a few stinkers I still laughed at. Also, thought of a few zingers to text my ex while watching and she laughed! Gonna say I loved it. But I was pretty ripped by the end. Definitely drink a few with your friends and have some laughs.
