Miso Hungry

Absolutely OK as a documentary and as someone who needs to drop a few, I was really interested to see the results; which frankly are pretty obvious and predictable. My main gripe is that this guy, who I don't know, presents himself at the beginning as a comedy/ actor/ creator, so you think you're in for a fun, if educational ride, however, he has a really flat, dull delivery and the fun is pretty much non existent. I'm inspired to eat better as I don't want to end up like this, but not inspired by this film I'm afraid.
