The only other ways there have or will be of seeing it (outside of China, where Apple TV+ is not available) are in online film festivals, in cinemas, and on the Blu-ray Disc included in the Irish Folklore Trilogy collection that was released in some countries.

At the time of writing, director Tomm Moore has announced on Twitter that he is collaborating with Northern American distributior GKIDS on a trilogy Blu-ray Disc set which will include "The Secret of Kells", "Song of the Sea", and "WolfWalkers". However, he has mentioned that this will be the only disc release of "WolfWalkers" and it will be of limited quantity.
