During Janus stay at a psychiatric hospital, the letters from Amina was what kept him alive. Now the letters have stopped, so he sets out to find out what happened to her, whatever the cost may be.

Janus, who has just been discharged from a psychiatric ward, is armed with a single mission. He must find Amina, his friend from high school - no matter the cost. The many letters he received from Amina while he was hospitalised gave Janus hope and a belief in the future. But suddenly, the vital lifeline was broken and the letters ceased coming. Janus is convinced that something bad has happened to Amina and begins putting together the numerous pieces of the jigsaw puzzle. His search for the truth leads Janus on a dangerous detective journey through the dark streets of big city where everyone he comes into contact and who knows Amina seems to be hiding something.
