Jenelle Evans revealed that David Eason was ordered to wear a nifty ankle monitor and it surprised many Teen Mom fans who hadn’t known they existed. It came via social media when the MTV alum shared about a court date.
Jenelle Evans Got A Protective Order Extension
Earlier this month, the Teen Mom alum was granted a two-year extension for a protection order against David Eason. As you probably know, they are separated pending a divorce. Previously, there was an order for Jace. The new order wasn’t extended to Ensley as that’s a separate custody case. But Jenelle seemed happy.
David Eason hasn’t been attending court much, and mostly, it seems that the two Teen Mom alums manage to avoid each other. However, in a recent social media post, Jenelle Evans said that she saw him, and he wasn’t a happy chap after the court appearance.

In the grand scheme of things, it's not unusual for someone to have a bad day on occasion. In this regard, Bob Belcher of Bob's Burgers is like anyone else, especially since he has a short fuse. Still, to the character's credit, he does his best to keep a lid on it and maintain his composure for the sake of his family, which is why Bob's not only so relatable but remains a fan favorite despite his tendency to overreact during certain moments.
There have been several instances where Bob's anger or anxiousness has gotten the better of him. Under normal circumstances, the moments where Bob loses his cool would come off as alarming or, at the very least, awkward. However, his vexations lose their sting because of Bob's Burgers' lighthearted, heartwarming, slice-of-life-styled humor. This fact, fortunately, is a good thing, mainly because the comedy surrounding Bob's "freak-outs" has become...

Steven Spielberg was associated with a dinosaur film even before Jurassic Park came out in 1993. While the legendary filmmaker revolutionized cinema with the incredible dinosaur franchise, it was not his first time in the genre. He also acted as a producer in the 1988 animated film The Land Before Time.
Despite being a fun-filled animated dinosaur film for kids, The Land Before Time spoke on some mature topics like homelessness. However, if it was not for Spielberg, the film was also about to carry a more violent and darker tone, unlike a traditional children’s film.
A still from The Land Before Time I Amblin Entertainment
Some of the saddest sequences in films like The Lion King and Up have proven that even animated films come with loads of emotions and tearful scenes. But Steven Spielberg felt that the villain in The Land Before Time was becoming too scary to be in a children’s movie.

If you're a fan of the "Transformers" franchise, you've seen some epic battles. They've taken place all over the world, from Stonehenge to the Great Wall of China to the pyramids of Giza. We've seen these robots in disguise fight it out with each other everywhere. The lore is important (the franchise has been around since 1984) to fans, and so are the characters: their look, their speech, and their interaction. There are CGI characters talking with humans ... the whole thing is complicated.
The most recent film, "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" has just hit DVD, Blu-ray, and digital, meaning that we're getting a deeper look at how the film was made in the special features. Mitski’s seventh studio album, The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We, has arrived. Stream the album below. Update: To coincide with the album’s release, Mitski has also shared a new video for “My Love Mine All Mine.”
Spanning 11 tracks, The Land is Inhospitable and So Are We features many of the things you would expect from a Mitski album, like production from longtime-collaborator, Patrick Hyland, thoughtful songwriting, and brilliant moments of catharsis. Yet, focusing on the inescapable contradiction of love and isolation, she reaches some of her most profound musings, with impactful arrangements to match the mood.
In his review, Consequence’s Jonah Krueger celebrated the project for being Mitski’s “most comforting, hopeful yet.” Explaining that she finds solace in the heartache of loss, Krueger writes that the overarching theme of the album endows the listener with invaluable emotional tools, and looks past sorrow to find strength.

Erykah Badu re-wrote and re-recorded her hit song “Tyrone” for Netflix’s new movie “They Cloned Tyrone,” per a request from the film’s director Juel Taylor.
“Everybody I’ve ever talked to, as soon as I told them the [movie’s] title, they were like, ‘So Erykah Badu doing the song?’ and I’m like, ‘Trust me, I’m trying.’” Taylor said, describing the early stages of developing “They Cloned Tyrone,” which is his feature film directorial debut and stars Teyonah Parris, John Boyega and Jamie Foxx. At the time, he hoped he would be able to include a reimagined version of the Grammy-winner’s song.
“You don’t really think it’s going to happen,” Taylor said. “Serendipitously enough, I was able to pitch it to her, and she responded immediately. Thank God for Erykah Badu.”

Screen Rant is thrilled to present a new behind-the-scenes clip from Transformers: Rise of the Beasts in which director Steven Caple Jr. discusses what was key in setting the movie apart from others in the franchise. Caple Jr. has made a name for himself in recent years directing films like Creed II and The Land. The movie stars In the Heights' Anthony Ramos, Judas and the Black Messiah's Dominique Fishback, and Dexter's Luna Lauren Velez.
The latest installment in the action franchise takes place seven years after the events of Bumblebee in 1994. It centers around humans and Autobots teaming up to protect Earth from the invasion of Unicron, also called Chaos Bringer. The film introduces multiple new concepts to the cinematic universe, including the Transwarp Key - which makes time travel in Transformers 7 possible - and the faction of Transformers known as the Maximals.

Putting a modern spin on the age-old adage that says opposites attract, Netflix has quietly released the first episode of a new drama this past week that quickly straps viewers onto a growing love story between two people who just so happen to be working in the same resort. While the outline of the premise could sound very cliché and dull to most, what is unique about this story that is set in present-day Korea directly relates to the lead characters.

Jurassic Park is undoubtedly the most famous and well-known dinosaur movie out there, a fantastic Steven Spielberg film that brought dinosaurs back from the dead to the forefront of audiences' imagination in spectacular live-action. Though Jurassic Park is not the truly iconic dinosaur movie - it's the iconic gene manipulation film and science-gone-wrong flick, it's just not a true dino movie. That title belongs to another.
And that's The Land Before Time, the iconic animated film that has received more films and more love than Jurassic Park ever will, being a true dinosaur movie in every way possible, with timeless themes and feels meant for all ages paired with epic dino action that has been loved for generations. Before Spielberg directed Jurassic Park, he was the Executive Producer on The Land Before Time, it was released through his production company Amblin Entertainment. Here's why The Land Before may be the iconic dinosaur movie.

Exploding onto the big screen, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts picks up after 2018's Bumblebee. Its 1994 in Brooklyn, and former soldier Noah [Anthony Ramos], inadvertently stumbles across the Autobot Mirage while attempting to carjack a Porsche. Turns out the Transformers -- the robots in disguise -- have been stranded on Earth for several years. Meanwhile, underappreciated museum anthropologist Elena [Dominique Fishback] uncovers a powerful artifact that could hold the key to returning the Autobots to their home world, Cybertron. It could, however, also draw Unicron -- an entity that consumes planets -- to Earth.
On a globetrotting adventure, the Autobots and their human companions encounter the robotic Maximals, who transform into animals and birds instead of vehicles. That faction includes Optimus Primal, Airazor, Cheetor, and Rhinox. The two groups must put aside their differences and combine forces in order to take on Unicron’s minions, the Terrorcons, and prevent him from snacking on the planet.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts triggers a frisson not uncommon to happily mindless franchise movies. It exudes the energy of talented filmmakers trying to wring something creative, unique, or, heaven forbid, human, from a generic template, or trying to sneak just a little bit of flavor into the boxed mix. This palpable effort makes Beasts watchable on a moment-to-moment basis. It has talented actors, Dominique Fishback and Anthony Ramos, doing their best to interact with green-screen concoctions. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is going boldly where no Transformers film has gone before. The follow-up to the hit franchise reboot film Bumblebee, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts brings beloved characters from the mid-90’s animated series Beast Wars into live-action for the first time, adding the Maximals faction into the already volatile mix of humans, Autobots, and Terrorcons. The film stars Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, both fresh faces in the Transformers franchise.
To create a score as wide-ranging and exciting as the film itself, director Steven Caple Jr. turned to composer Jongnic Bontemps. Bontemps and Caple Jr. have collaborated on multiple projects in the past, including the hit film Creed II. For Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, Bontemps crafted a score that fit within the universe of the Transformers film franchise while still reflecting the film’s unique locations and characters.

Let's get ready to rumble one more time! The Creed series officially becomes a trilogy this year, nearly eight years after the popular Rocky spin-off franchise first debuted in 2015. Michael B. Jordan has led the story as Adonis "Donnie" Creed, the tough but lovable underdog who aspires to uphold the legacy of his father, Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers), and made his own name. Creed III will see Jordan take up double duty both in front and behind the camera, with the movie being his official feature directorial debut. Following the work of Ryan Coogler (Black Panther) and Steven Caple Jr. (The Land), who each directed the first two films respectively, the excitement is palpable to see what Jordan will bring to this epic threequel written by Keenan Coogler (Space Jam: A New Legacy), the brother of Ryan Coogler, and Zach Baylin (King Richard).

Steven Caple Jr. is known for grounded, character-focused stories about the sort of people you might run into every day, without a giant robot fight in sight. Films like The Land and A Different Tree. Even his most recent film, Creed II, only features fights on a decidedly human scale. But Paramount believed this made him the perfect name to take over the core Transformers franchise after Michael Bay’s departure.
“They wanted me to bring that grit and character from my dramas to make people feel for these robots but keep the action and adrenaline high,” Caple recalls.
More Than Meets the Eye
Caple was already a lifelong fan of the franchise, but unlike many fans, his love of Transformers began not with the toys but the animated 1986 movie.
“That was my first introduction to it.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts director Steven Caple Jr. isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and ask for guidance. He did it on Creed II when he asked Ryan Coogler and Sylvester Stallone for insight into how best to make a movie in the world of Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan) and Rocky Balboa. So, naturally, Caple took the same approach with the mastermind of Transformers live-action movies, Michael Bay.
During prep, Caple reached out to Bay who made the time for the young director despite having his hands full with Ambulance.
“[Michael Bay] was making Ambulance at the time, but he still picked up the phone and hopped onto Zoom,” Caple tells The Hollywood Reporter. “Monday through Friday, I was prepping for the film, and Saturday, Sunday, I was learning a lot from the visual effects supervisor and calls with Michael Bay. A year and a half after Michael K. Williams’ death, the man who sold The Wire star the drugs that killed him has pleaded guilty.
“Irvin Cartagena sold fentanyl-laced heroin in broad daylight in New York City, feeding addiction and causing tragedy,” U.S. Attorney Damian Williams of the Southern District of New York said Wednesday, regarding the the September 5, 2021 transaction in Brooklyn’s South Williamsburg neighborhood. “In doing so, he dealt the fatal dose that killed Michael K. Williams.”
In front U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams earlier in the day, Cartagena pleaded guilty to “one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl analogue, fentanyl, and heroin.” That plea specifically cited the death of Williams as a consequence of Cartagena’s drug slinging. Set to be sentenced later this year, Cartagena, aka “Green Eyes,” faces a mandatory minimum of five years and up to 40 years on the charges.

It’s been nearly 50 years since a southpaw from Philly went the distance with Apollo Creed. Back then it was a genuinely euphoric moment in cinema, so feel-good that Rocky over-performed at the box office and Oscars, beating out flicks like Network and Taxi Driver for Best Picture, and making Sylvester Stallone one of the biggest movie stars of his generation. Yet even the most elated audiences could scarcely predict how long a tail Balboa’s left hook would have.
Forty-six years on, the legacy of Rocky and Apollo grows with nine films and counting, including six Rocky movies and three Creed films, the latter about Apollo’s son Adonis (Michael B. Jordan). And as time passed, many of the installments have become as synonymous with their eras as, well, Rocky is with the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Hence we here at Den of Geek have put...
