In the earlier days of shooting while in the country of Slovenia, actor Mahmoud Abd el Moghny accidentally broke his wrest during a shot which takes place in on of later scenes of episodes 12 to 14, however, when he went back to Egypt to shoot the scenes of the first episodes he tried to hide the injury by wearing motorcycle gloves, which added (unintentionally) a vital characteristic to the character.
The term third party was directly a metaphor to the unknown party who was responsible for the riot and terrorize incidences that followed the 25th of January revolution in Egypt. however, writer Hisham Hilal stated in an interview that he (and his co writer Mostafa Hamdy) planted the third party term in every romantic relationship in the series where a third female party ruin a powerful love story between two characters.
