Decent film with potential

The main character Erica was mesmerizing and watching her carry the film and looking at her exotic face and dark eyes a delight, you can tell she had fun doing in what she was doing.

The acting of all characters had a lot to be desired and had the wrong rhythm. The script kept the movie going with its unforseen plot turns and the background had too much clouded days and the coloring of the movie was too bleak but just decent enough for a TV movie. The couple that directed this movie deserve a second chance as they were real close too a cinematic hit, and I have never seen another film of them before. Rod Spence needs to keep writing as is doing. The failure lay entirely in the unconvincing acting.

Impressive Miss Tate ;)

Sometimes all you want to do is sit back, relax and watch bunch of good looking peeps do something interesting . That was my expectation going in but to my surprise I was actually intrigued and invested in the story. Especially the Erica Tate character played by actress Elisha Kriss who by the way was a joy to watch. Erica was funny, witty, silly, eccentric, tough, vulnerable, loving, cautious, reckless, shrewd all at the same time. Impressive !

I like it

It was a pleasant surprise to watch this movie. I like it, there are a bunch of young actors with a good prospect. I especially like the "bad", Riccardo Berdini, just great in his role. Go and watch it.

Loved it ..... :)

I was fortunate to come across this movie starring Indian actress Elisha Kriis as Erica Tate, a con artist and boy am I glad ! She is a breath of fresh air. Natural, stunning and talented actress...her acting and personality both left an impact. The Greek- British actress Ellie Patrikios is also so adorable as Lauren. What I love the most is the friendship and bond Erica and Lauren share. The movie manages to keep you interested until the very end and has made me a fan of Elisha Kriis. Cant wait to see her next!

Fun Thriller !

This movie was Rad ! Especially the character of Erica Tate played by the Indian actress Elisha Kriis. It kicks misogyny in the face. Her well-layered performance as a con artist was a refreshing take with a lot of subtlety and realism. It's an easy watch due to its fast pace and fun screenplay. As a thriller, it does keep you hooked till the end. The filming locations are pleasing to the eye. The supporting cast Ellie Patrikios as Lauren Haley and William Mark McCullough as Mike did a great job as well.

Entertaining and Engaging Thriller.

When it comes to crime thriller genre I am a tough judge to please. When I came across this tittle with the Indian actress Elisha Kriis playing the character of a con artist, Erica Tate, I wasn't sure what I was getting into. To my surprise I honestly did like the movie. It's no nonsense screenplay kept me engaged till the very end. I did come across couple cliches but they didn't bother since the movie didn't linger too much on its faults. The most endearing part of the film was Elisha's performance as a con artist. It was so easy to go wrong given the storyline but she kept it realistic, simple and believable. Ellie Patrikios as Lauren Haley, William Mark McCullough as Deputy Mike, Ricardo Berdini as Tom and Danny Arroyo as Purcell gave a well rounded performance as well. The movie was well shot and beautiful island imagery was pleasing to the eye. Refreshing and fun to watch.

"It's Good to be Bad"- Erica Tate !

At first I thought it was going to be silly but watched it with my friends and WE LOVED it!! The new girl Elisha Kriis who played Erica Tate did a marvelous job. The two together were the perfect hint of sweet and spicy for a contemporary thriller like this. It was engaging, lively and thoroughly entertaining.

Interesting....

I like this movie because was well acted. It keeps you until the very end involved in the story. All the actors are young and look hopeful. I especially liked the performance of the "Italian" Riccardo Berdini in his role of bad guy. Advise you all to see it.

Love it or hate it but you can't Ignore it !

Thank you Olson Brothers for making a movie where a woman can actually unapologetically do everything that leading men in the Hollywood movies have been doing for 50 + years and letting her get away with it. Finally!!!!! Erica character (Elisha Kriss) is that of a thief but she steals only from cheating scum bags. Does that make it ok? No.....Maybe. I don't know. I can't pin point what exactly what made me actually root for Erica...but may be it was the fact that she wasn't all black or white. She was just normal, real and in a weird way relatable. Love her bond with her reluctant confidante Lauren (Ellie Patrikios). The character of Tom (Ricardo Berdini) was super cute and Barry Piacente did a good job in playing the creepy jaded stalker. Mike played by William Mark McCulluogh (American Made) is an actor class apart! Well made movie. Worth a watch.

Its good to be Erica Tate!

I love the character of Erica Tate portrayed by actress Elisha Kriis. She is fierce and fun to watch. Besides I personally like to watch movies where women are not shown dumb no matter what character they play - positive, negative or grey. Erica Tate made the movie shine! You go Girl!!!

WoW-- Chills with Thrills

Film grows on you slowly and stays with you. Brilliantly shot By Obin Olson and very well executed by Amariah Olson, Obin Olson. All the actors were good, especially Erica Tate played by Elisha Kriis. Elisha played the character of Erica to the core, from heart and soul. Her screen presence is damn killer and the way she played with the nuances is commendable. Elisha Kriis truly BELIVES in METHOD ACTING which really shows onscreen. A superb Thriller Must watch.

Nice thriller.

Nice little crime thriller with beautiful faces, good acting and decent plot. Locations are eye-pleasing as well. It keeps you engaged till the end and the climax is satisfying. The only way to make it more thrilling would have been more action/ stunts given to the female lead. She is stunning! The multiple bad guys was a good twist. Wish there was more time given to establish the villan's back story to make it more impactful. What I liked the most was the overall execution and feel of the piece. I can ignore the loop holes and enjoy it for breezy entertainment only.

A one time watch for sure.
