Gorgeous song about lost love and the visuals are stunning. There are some....not great aspects to the video's composition but most of it is just accurate to the period it's referencing. And Scott Eastwood is actually pretty good at acting when he doesn't speak!

Good lord, Scott Eastwood is such a beautiful man. He's so handsome it hurts to look at him sometimes.

As for the song, not an instant hit, but by the second hearing already, I have to say, there is something to it, and of course, Taylor's voice speaks of heaven. As for the music video, I think so much more can be expected from a goddess. Katy Perry's also- jungle-themed ROAR works so much, much better, be warned, there is going to be the inevitable comparison, and, really, Taylor shouldn't be the losing team, yet, here she would have to come second. Not that the filming here is bad, no, far from it, but it doesn't win you over as quickly as ROAR does. And I repeat, Taylor is winner material. So, if Taylor or anybody influencing her ever reads here, please understand that I am saying that only the best is expected from such a bright star, and while this might suffice for a lesser talent or newcomer, it is not good enough, not for a Princess, and not by a Princess.
The music video isn't nearly as good as what is needed. Loved the animals, but Taylor doesn't come across as particularly likable, she appears hard-edged several times, a no-no for an adored style icon. So come on! The song elevates itself as it goes along, but needs to lift off a whole lot sooner. "First impressions..." as I've said in a previous review of one of her videos.
It ain't LOVE STORY. And the bottom line for me is that I prefer her earlier work. And blonde princess looks. But I repeat that the voice is heaven.

This is Taylor's best music video in my opinion.
The cinematography, the storyline, the song everything about it is great.
