Broke my heart

So beautiful, so sad. Conveying distance, longing, lost opportunities is so difficult. Hinds and Scott were perfectly lost with/to each other, as were the others. I've seen this short several times and each time I see and feel something new or different. Amazing piece of film.

Truly beautiful film

A heartbreaking portrayal of a fractured father son relationship. This film really drew me in. Two gorgeous actors, the direction was masterful, precise but with the lightest touch. I can't wait to see what their next project is. 10/10

Beautiful

Quite a remarkable piece of film. Basically a two hander between to very good actors. I came across it quite by accident on one of the 'free' channels that came with the new TV.

I was transfixed by the performances; stillness and silence throughout. The cinematography was understated and beautiful.

It focussed on an estranged relationship between a father and son. The difficulties that they face in trying to build bridges and to conceal their pain - from each other and from themselves.

Well worth looking up and watching. I will as I am sure that there was much that missed the first time I sat through it.
