The 5th movie in the Evil Bong franchise, 6th if you include Evil Bong vs Gingerdead Man. Credit where credit is due, it's astonishing that it's lasted as long as it has.
Stuck in the "Bong world" our heroes are given a chance to escape Eebee forever. They must return to the real world and using their weed shop accumulate 1 million dollars in 30 days!
Along the way we see more of the Gingerdead Man and a couple of other Full Moon alumni. Ontop of that practically every character from the last few movies has at least a cameo appearance.
This impresses me further, the fact they still have most of the original cast and from movie to movie feature the same ensemble of oddball characters.
Make no mistake none of the Evil Bong films are exactly good but you can do worse and this believe it or not is one of the better ones.
The Good:
Consistent cast
The celebrity references are quite funny
The Bad:
Mindy Robinson
Still really damn dumb
Things I Learnt From This Movie:
Weed stores make a million per month
I need someone to teach me how to nothinghead
I want a badass dolls collection

Evil Bong 5 (2016) is available for free on Tubi and takes place in Bong World where Rabbit and Larnell and some lady friends are trapped. They will channel some old friends to help them create a portal back to Earth. Evil Bong 5 is directed by Charles Band (Puppet Master) and stars Mindy Robinson (Antidote), Sonny Carl Davis (Fast Time at Ridgemont High), John Patrick Jordan (Mad Men), Robin Sydney (The Gingerbread Man) and Amy Paffrath (The Thinning). The special effects and CGI are fun in this and there are some good one liners. This isn't as good as some of the previous pictures in this series but is worth watching if you enjoyed the previous films. I do like the addition of The Gingerbread Man into the storyline. Overall, I'd give this a 3.5/10.

Seemingly after Evil Bong 420, had relatively higher expectations with this film but as it turned out. Evil Bong: High 5 is quite possibly more of the same yet not an improvement over the previous fourth film.
This felt more like a chore to get through. Essentially the majority of the supporting cast of Evil Bong 420 has returned for this fifth instalment, including the Gingerdead Man, Hambo, and a lot of the crew from the bowling alley.
Rabbit received top billing again while there is more of a dynamic with Luann (now Sarah) and Velicity bring stick in the bong world for majority of the film. Cameos by two adult actresses along with them showing skin.
Featured an ending which was perceived as a happy ending yet wasn't the best. Weakest of the franchise to date.

The fifth instalment of this never-ending series and it's a step down even from the quality of part four. This one feels particularly plotless and pointless, a never-ending stream of lame humour and returning characters who have little to do other than trade jokes we've heard before against some poor green-screen backgrounds. The titular villain is barely present here and the gingerbread man reduced to making a few puns that we've heard before. As usual there's some nudity and a lot of drug humour, but none of it is worth tuning in for. Incredibly, three more films were to follow this one, and I'm not enthused about seeing them...

Well, as i said in my 420 review - the first 2 movies are quite decent and the 3rd one is ok... And we go downhill pretty fast after that.
While 420 was just bad, plotless b**bie fest, this is waaaay worse. It still has the same bad acting, bad editing and bad camera work, it still has the same very flat bad plot that borders to no plot at all, and it still has ton of nudities.
So you wonder why it's worse? Because this is not a movie. This is a commercial for their BS merchandise.. You have more than 30% of the movie just a silly "dialogue" that shows you almost all of their dolls, and it's real murch, not movie joke or something. This movie should be given for free as it's commercial stuff not an entertainment movie.
Very cheap way to promote the stuff you sell guys. Hope the next movies are better than that... Because idk how can they get lower than this.
