Vitamin She (2017)

Trivia

Vitamin She

Edit
Initially "Chhokri" song was named as "The Breakup Song", as it happens after breakup of lead pair. But then "the Breakup Song" came out from Bollywood movie "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil". So they dropped the idea to use that name. Instead they used "Chhokri Anthem" for promotions.
This is Dhvanit Thaker aka RJ Dhvanit's 1st feature film.
Film has very important portion of voice over in the voice of lead hero. Director wanted a particular person as a lead who has an excellent command on voice and language both. Hence Dhvanit was approached.
In the earlier writing draft of "Vitamin She", lead hero is an MR (Medical Representative). But then "Bey Yaar" has similar theme. Then writers came to know that Dhvanit has worked in LIC in his past. So they changed it to insurance agent.
The character "Vadeel (Smit Pandya)" rides mofa. From the very beginning it was clear that it must be mofa and no other vehicle (luna or mopad). Finding mofa was very difficult task as it is 1982 model and company discontinued it long back. After 4 months of search, Dhvanit found out mofa through one of his friend which was in Kutch. Producer immediately paid and it brought to Ahmedabad for shoot.
