The video that the boss of the constitution department is giving to his secretary to check is an actual link to the short film "One Shot" by Dietrich Brüggemann, the director of "Heil", starring some of the actors from "Heil". He posted this video on his own YouTube-Channel. The film is a no-budget-movie about xenophobia, in which a young man named Kerem explains the issues about being gay in societies and a couple of people who make a movie about it.
The old nazi in the hospital scene is portrayed by Dietrich Kuhlbrodt, publicist and prosecution attorney specialized in lawsuits against neo-nazis in the 1990s.
