The Magic Pills of Petts Wood

Excellent movie.. Very well written,great character's,awesome soundtrack and gag's galore. From start to finish it keep's you entertained and is more enjoyable with repeat viewing's. Mr Blunder stole the show he light's up the screen, we really feel his chemistry with Macky and Will, what a trio. Hat's off all round. I am a major movie geek and this flick can't really be faulted on any level, any flaw's i noticed are not even worth mentioning as the budget here is clearly small and the director who is a newcomer has managed to pull off a masterpiece without huge production value's. I am a relative to three member's of the cast but this is an honest review as i would of slated this movie had it of been a turkey flop...For more insanity BONJOMONJAH@GMAIL.COM

You could say a lot of negatives about this film, but when I realised soon in this was not a big budget film you embrace it. Great script even better the second time round, camera work is good and production is excellent. The sound track and songs are professionally done. Some good characters Rosie nipple and nurse plenty straight out of the carry on films. But the stars of the show was the two old fellas that are used as stooges. The Story was up to date with a twist that obviously leaves room for a next film. It's nice to know there are film makers,that are making retro comedy films and not cutting edge. For us old timers.

Obviously this film was made on a low budget, But this is what makes great British films. A witty little comedy with many quirky scenes, I thoroughly enjoyed this film with same great acting and characters . Especially the role of Rupert played by a young up and coming actor Gary grant, Surely he will go on to land bigger roles . This is one not to be missed Also small cameo scenes from Mr motivator .and the guy from the office The film is set in petts wood and is laughter from the opening scene This comedy although made on a low budget ,has been very well directed . It's a shame these low budget films are missed by the big companies . Lots of these actors were more than up to the job of handling the roles . I would highly recommend this film to anyone who loves good comedy and is British made .
