The National Award winner actress Usha Jadhav will next be seen in ‘Lucknow Times’, a film which is based on true events. Set in the midst of the Naxalite community, the film will see Usha in a prominent role.
Known for her artistic skills, Usha is someone who always desires to play different characters. In this film Usha is playing a Naxalite and will be seen performing stunts for the first time.
Talking about her role she said, “It’s a role of a Naxalite but it’s not the typical kind of Naxalite which we have seen in films earlier. Since the film is based on true story, It’s a completely different role. I am very excited to play this part. I will be performing stunts in the film, something i have never done before”.
Directed by Sudipto Sen, Lucknow Times will also features Divya Dutta and Subrat Dutta.
