Judgement is unfair and it's not interesting absolutely how they judge. It's like I'm a Michelin chef and this is not my level. No explanation why something is bad. Comments are the same for the rate 4 and 7. In Australian version there is no ego exists just true judgement and pleasure to taste homemade dishes.
Rules are different. In UK version a lot of teams are out in one/two attempt. In Australian there are few attempts and even weak teams may learn from mistakes and become better.
And one more thing - pans and other equipment at HQ kitchen. Not professional equipment at all. Again not interesting to watch these black regular pans and etc. And compare to Australian version - everything from equipment to products are excellent so regular cooks look like professionals.
Overall my rate of this show 3 from 10.
