It's a shame that this little gem didn't get finished. It's a very entertaining series with great actors and excellent writing.

It could have been very silly and childish, given the fantasy aspect of it. But the lead actress makes it feel authentic, like this could occur for real. .

I wonder what happened? I suppose they only had funding to make a few episodes and nobody wanted to pay for the rest of it?

Too bad. It's far superior to most of the fantasy and science fiction garbage put out by mainstream media outlets. Canada has produced a lot of great actors and good shows despite their small market and limited budgets.

I'm still glad I watched it even though the story was just getting going when it ended.
