In the near future, the world is desolate and nearly deserted as an uncontrollable, undead force wreaks havoc on all of civilization. Judith, a small town girl, fights for survival with her small group as the undead consume everything around them. Judith eventually finds herself alone and on the run. Until she meets Tim, a quiet stranger who thankfully crosses her path. Tim, an Iraqi veteran with PTSD, had difficulty adjusting as a civilian once he left the Army. Drifting through life with no purpose or feeling, Tim was lost. That is, until the world as we know it collapsed. Judith and Tim fight for their future every day with only their will to live. Even in a world gone mad they find the time to enjoy the wonder of each and the beauty still left in the world, but will it be enough?

It is a typical afternoon in a neighborhood bar when a stranger walks in. Sounds like a joke but isn't, it is dead serious.
