What amazed me here is the directing and acting too, astonishing for such a short film. The maker of this should work for the big screen; but maybe he does now, ten years after this one. The man is really gifted. Look for camera angles, music, everything. It is disturbing, not for everyone. I guess this director has many inspirations, inluding the likes of Abel Ferrarra or Roman Polanski. Unfortunately, I am not sure many audiences saw this little short gem. They should, but it was certainly not widely shown either. And drugs addicts stories have never been my cup of tea. But this one is easily above average.
