This is such an amazing film on so many levels. This heartfelt story of perseverance and true grit is portrayed perfectly by each and every cast member. Kazy Tauginas and his entire team do a perfect job at telling an origin story of the Lupus Warrior. Not only do they pinpoint the many obstacles a warrior endures but they also remind us of the one most important thing that a warrior must always keep in mind. And that is to never, ever give up.

Thoughtfully well written and beyond accurate, the story hits close to home for a lot of us, including myself. Much like Kazy's character Dusty, most of us usually have not the slightest clue that we have Lupus, or what Lupus actually is prior to our diagnois. Dusty was very fortunate to have been definitively diagnosed as most of us go through weeks to months to years of uncertainty. The journey is indubitably arduous and difficult at times, but as we discover through Dusty, the obstacles only make us stronger.
