Mark Hamill and Tom Cullen in Knightfall (2017)

Trivia

Knightfall

Edit
Princess Isabella, in real life, does marry Edward II of England in 1308. She was only 12 at the time. Edward II's father was King Edward I also known as Longshanks. It was Edward I that William Wallace fought against and who also executed William Wallace in 1305.

Isabella's Civil War with husband Edward II - and the rise of her son Edward III - was depicted in the TV Series Un monde sans fin (2012) (based on the Ken Follett novel) - which also starred Tom Cullen, as landless serf Wulfric.
During filming in Prague (Czech Republic) the sets were destroyed by a fire. The fire was caused by a discarded cigarette butt.
Partly shot in Old Town Dubrovnik, Croatia.
