A smashing start to this wonderful series.

A skeleton is found in a building, buy lacks identification, Cassie and Sunny are on the case to identify the remains, and find out what happened to him.

I badly missed Waking the dead when it finished, and this is the closest possible to it, indeed it's as good. Same sort of set up, but with less shouting, it even features Trevor Eve and Claire Goose.

I am so intrigued to learn more, it's a fashionable story, with plenty of characters and suspects. Lizzie Wilton is interesting, just what happened to her son, Ruth Sheen is wonderful.

Nicola Walker and Sanjeev Bhaskar just make the most wonderful duo, the pair are fabulous together.

8/10 Great start.

Trevor Eve (Sir Phillip Cross) & Simon Wilson (James) also worked together on two episodes of Meurtres en sommeil (2000) as Det Supt Peter Boyd & Andrew respectively.

Goofs
The car to which the key belongs has registration number 775 UCC and was registered in January 1966. However the format of registration numbers was changed in January 1963 to the ABC 123A format, where the isolated letter is a code for the year. Not all regions adopted this straight away and some cars still used the old system. However, this was made compulsory for all regions in January 1965. A brand-new car registered in 1966 should have a year-letter of C, to indicate a 1965/6 model (for example UCC 775 C) and not a pre-1963 registration number.
