Vijay Sethupathi turns dialogue and screenplay writer for Vikranth’s next film
KollywoodThe yet-untitled action flick will be directed by Vikranth’s brother Sanjeev.Digital NativeDigital NativeActor Vijay Sethupathi likes donning many hats. After turning producer with films such as Orange Mittai and Merku Thodarchi Malai, he is now trying his hand at writing dialogues and screenplay for an upcoming Tamil action flick featuring Vikranth in the lead. While the star has already penned dialogues for Orange Mittai, this will be his first outing as a screenplay writer. The yet-untitled film will be directed by Vikranth’s brother Sanjeev, who had earlier directed Thakka Thakka. Talking about the experience of working with Vijay, Sanjeev said in a media statement: “I met Vijay Sethupathi sir a few years after I directed Thakka Thakka. After gangster Vedha, Vijay Sethupathi to play 96-year-old
If there's one actor who can play any character, it has to be Vijay Sethupathi. The actor is basking in the success of Vikram Vedha, in which he played a gangster and shared screen space with R. Madhavan.

Having already played a 50-something character in his home production Orange Mittai, he is currently shooting for a film called 96 which features him in the role of a 96-year-old man.

The project is currently on the floors in Puducherry and also stars Trisha.
