Terribly uneven

This movie is a combination of over the top comic book type of humor/action (like people flying through the air, or speech bubbles appearing above their heads) and a serious romance story. It just doesn't work together. The ridiculous humor destroys the emotional aspect of it. The love story is very cliché as well. It was kind of refreshing to see a cute girl in the crazy role for once, doing goofy faces and yelling and acting wild. But overall it was pretty bad and I would not recommend it to anyone.
