James Robson was in an accident on set, breaking his nose in a stunt for the Medieval scene. Instead of wrapping the Shoot, Robson chose to continue shooting and finishing the scene. The noticeable injury was written into the scene.
FLUX was originally a short film of the same name released for critical review in 2015. After green light was given, filming FLUX the feature film began in January 2016 incorporating most of the short film into the narrative.
The Director Antony Scott wrote the concept back in 2010, meeting James Robson in 2014, he was the Directors first and only choice for the role of Alex Storm. Antony worked with Lauren Wade on a few short films , so he wrote the character of Michelle Storm just for her.
